This bug is to track all the discrepencies between tests agains audit libs

the test against lib audit is now in place
i have update the ia32 list to pass the test
the following tests fail.

TestSyscallsWithAudit:
  testLinuxPPC
  testLinuxPPC64
  testLinuxEMT64

I updated the syscall list for x86_64 and enable testLinuxEMT64.
