Instead of removing a terminated process from the monitor tree view (and
destroying its status widget) it should stick around, maybe with a strike
through line in the tree view. This allows a debugger to still view the events
of the process even after it has terminated. Especially useful for quick ending
processes. (and slow thinking debuggers :) )
