Usability RFE - filter process display

This is related to #2615 - given the possible length of the process list in a
Fryskl display, it would be very helpful to allow users to specify filtering
rules (ala Eclipse's filtering of 'problems') for the proces list. Odds are that
most users will want to concentrate on their own set of processes to monitor.

Len, Is this for the Event Viewer / Monitor, or the Event Druid?

The assistant process picker is now sortable by all coluns, and supports search,
so it is pretty easy to find a process in the list.
