The string -->
"ءآأؤإئا" is retrieved
from a database.
If it was that string in teh XMl file you would be OK, but your message
said that each & was written as & a m p;
ie that you have
& a m p ; # x 0 6 2 1 ;
rather than
& # x 0 6 2 1 ;
which do you have?
I've added spaces to make it clearer and also to protect against the
possibility that a mailer is changing & to & a m p ; or visa versa.
