why do you mind?
<xxx><![CDATA[<foo>..</foo>]]></xxx>
is the same input to an XML system as
<xxx><foo>..</foo></xxx>
some XSLT systems will output it one way, some another, but either way
it means the same thing when you parse the resulting XML file.
