Sure, sadly Im stuck with using god forsaken wd-xsl on this project, which
of course doesnt support xsl:output. I think I will gracefully end this
thread by accepting the problem and reporting to the powers above that it is
bug that will be solved when we (finally) release the product using pure
xsl.
