There are lots of ways, but they're all HTML issues. Use appropriate
techniques to get your desired spacing in HTML, then work backwards to
produce the required HTML from your XSLT.
Sorry to keep saying this, but people do keep asking it, and despite
Dave's repeated and valiant efforts to get this across in the FAQ we
still don't seem to have hit upon a formulation that's understandable
enough.
