well hopefully it doesn't say quite that! (That's just the IE5 expanded
tree view) If you have a <!DOCTYPE in the file, then most parsers will
expect to read the speified file (specified by SYSTEM or PUBLIC)
some parsers may have an option to turn off reading the DTD, but taht
would be a parser feature, nothing specific about XSL. Alternatively you
ned to provide the DTD specified, or remove the DOCTYPE line.
