Your XML is not well-formed, change the second "<conRec>" to "</conRec>".
What XML Parser are you using? How can it not report this as an error?

Subject: [xsl] ahref
Hello
My xml is as follows:
<interAgency>
<conRec>
<contactID>1</contactID>
<file href="C:/MyDocuments.ma.doc">File.doc</file>
<conRec>
</interAgency>
xsl:
The parameter is set at the start of sheet.

<td colspan="3" width="363">
<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" color="#000000" size="1">
<a>
<xsl:attribute name="href"><xsl:value-of
select="/interAgency/conRec[contactID=
$newcontactID]/file"/></xsl:attribute>
<xsl:value-of
select="/interAgency/conRec[contactID=$newcontactID]/file"/>
</a>
</font>
</td>
</tr>
----
Output:
Does not give me the link to "C:/MyDocuments.ma.doc" - the link is actually
to a File.doc file within a folder which contains my xsl, xml files
Can Someone help?
Tanz
