http://www.unicode.org has charts and information on the whole unicode spec.
But unicode only specifies the number and some properties of the
character. That does not mean that your application necessarily has the
fonts to actually display that character, you need to check the
documentation of whatever system you are using to see which characters
may actually be displayed.
