You've probably been looking at documentation on XSLT (The subject of
this list) but unfortunately you are using the microsoft specific (and
obsolete) language
http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
which is completely incompatible with XSLT (and does not have a
xsl:call-template command)
Best is to update to MSXML3 from th emicrosoft download site, then IE
will understand the standard XSLT language, see the fAQ at
http://www.netcrucible.com/xslt/msxml-faq.htm
