You appear to be confused. XSLT 2.0 and 1.1 do not yet exist.
Perhaps you are giving the version numbers of the processor you are you
are using?
As far as I know all processors only support XSLT 1.0 except that saxon
has some experimental support for XSLT1.1 which only exists as a first
draft and does not yet exist as a recommendation.
