That's partly why I gave a <retract /> as well - so that if you change
your mind you can change your vote. Most of the questions cover
things that we've discussed already, and I wanted to get a feeling for
what the consensus on some of these (perhaps less involved) decisions
were.
I fully expect the specification process to involve a lot more
discussion on the details.
