Sorry - I know this isn't particularly an XSL or XPath question, but it is
particularly relevant...
The xml-stylesheet recommendation
(http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-stylesheet) makes no mention of cascading -
i.e. following the processing by one stylesheet, you process with
another. Does anyone know if this is intentional for XML (e.g. it can be
implemented by xsl includes, or alternate means) or something that was
neglected from the recommendation, or something that because the
recommendation references REC-html40 that we just have to figure out for
ourselves?
