Ugh, I would have to check on that one. My sense is that
those tables are interpreted as strict integers, and not
"stochastic values".

I implemented a 'wrecked-type-if-starved' table when I did the
other 'wrecked-type-*' tables. Unless something got broken, this
should still work; I think I tested it, and so I believe that it
worked to begin with.
