Hi,
I can confirm that there is a problem with IE6. It freezes when
attempting to access the FTP server, just like you said.
Try these links instead (and be patient for a minute or two after
using one of them; IE takes a long time to talk to the FTP server):
ftp://anonymous@sources.redhat.com/pub/xconq/xconq-7.5.pre/Win32/TCL/xconq_20040426_setup.exe
