There may be parts of Xconq that would benefit from the office app look,
such as a city dialog.  I seem to recall that Freeciv uses GTK+ for all
of the dialog boxes and part of the main window, but the actual game is
drawn using something else (I'm not quite sure what).  For Xconq, would
it be possible to do parts like the help screen and city dialog using
GTK+ and everything else using SDL?


I have some stuff that I created in Glade (a GTK+ UI designer) that
demonstrates what I have in mind.  If you'd like to see it, I could send
a few screenshots (or the glade file itself, if you can read it).
