there are plenty on any ftp site near to you... e.g.
ftp://ftp.lip6.fr/pub/TeX/CTAN/systems/win32
since i don't use windows systems i can't advise you though which one to
use....

the O'Reilly Latex Books are the best, but IMHO you need only a
preprepared latex-file and a sheet with the say 10-20 tags you may
need....
