Well, FTP and web are (mostly) two different things. If you start
putting large binaries on the http://sources.redhat.com/xconq web (via
CVS), then, well it is kind of anti-social in the sense that the FTP
area consumes a lot of bandwidth and so it has mirrors (
http://sources.redhat.com/mirrors.html ) but the web pages don't.
I *think* that to upload FTP files you need a shell account on
sources.redhat and that only (approximately) one person per project
gets that. I do have one, in case it is necessary.

Maybe putting them on your site but adding the link would work well
(if you can handle the bandwidth, that is).
