DEAR MISS NETTERS -- What should I do when a user writes, demanding
that the latest release of such and such a program be installed
immediately, with nary a ``please'' or ``deity'' in sight?
DEAR GENTLE USER -- You must remind this person that while the world
may revolve around him or her, the lab most certainly does not. Wait a
few months, installing more important programs like xconq first, so
the person will learn exactly where he or she stands in the lab.
