* system.h (checkpoint_filename): Add argument.
(remove_saved_game): Remove decl, no longer used.
(remove_file): Declare.
* mac.c, unix.c, win32.c: Similarly.
* run2.c (save_checkpoint): New function, handles deletion of
previous checkpoint file.
(run_turn_start): Call it.
* win32.c (stop_handler, crash_handler, hup_handler): Fix decls.
