Hmm, I've never seen this problem, because I don't run the testsuite
that way.  I always just type "make check" or "make installcheck" with
no "sudo".  This works if your sudo access doesn't require a password.

I believe Will put some logic in that uses sudo when necessary if you
aren't root.
