You will need to install a (possibly freshly built) elfutils-0.111+
set of RPMs, just like our IBM friend. RHEL4 will likely not contain
an elfutils update of its own. Rather, the systemtap src.rpm will
contain its own embedded snapshot of elfutils. But this technique is
not appropriate for us developers, so we're stuck with hand-upgrading
elfutils.
