'docs' directory in CVS?

- Subject: 'docs' directory in CVS?
I'd like to create a 'docs' directory at the top of the systemtap
tree, and put the test paper into it. Eventually the archpaper
and OLS paper and other documents might live there as well.
Any objections/comments?
