Install (Open)Jade, JadeTeX, DocBook DTD, Norm's DocBook stylesheets,
SGMLtools-Lite. In the CVS version of SGMLtools-Lite, there's a post-install
doc that has a bit more info. SGMLtools-Lite is basically the
"packages/cvs/sgmltools" directory from SGMLtools v2.0, with a couple of small
patches to make it work stand-alone (plus PDF and Palm backends,
single-HTML-file output backend).
