Red Hat 6.2 J - can't compile sgmltools-cvs.

Hello:

I noticed some interesting packages on the latest Red Hat 6.2 release (I
should point out I'm using the Japanese version, in case some variations
in packages are causing the problem I am about to describe). These
included docbook, jade, and sgmltools-common. However, when I tried an
"sgml2html" for my DocBook-code LAME guide, it choked (and there was no
"sgmltools" binary).

So I downloaded the CVS version of sgmltools, and did a ./configure, then
a make. Everything appeared to work fine until I tried a make install,
which resulted in the following errors:

post sgmltools:
+ cd /etc/sgml/catalog.d
+ rm 75sgmltools.cat 75sgmltools-convert.cat
rm: cannot remove `75sgmltools.cat': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `75sgmltools-convert.cat': No such file or directory
+ true
+ ln -s /usr/local/share/sgml/stylesheets/sgmltools/sgmltools.cat
75sgmltools.cat
+ ln -s /usr/local/share/sgml/dtd/sgmltools/catalog
75sgmltools-convert.cat
+ cd ../../../
touch .deps/install-sgmltools
. /etc/sgml/sgml.conf; eval $SGML_POSTPROCESS_CMD
/bin/sh: /usr/local/bin/gensgmlenv: No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 126

Any ideas? Thanks in advance...
