FYI: Rectangle constructor tests1


Hey,

I have written a test (committed) for the Rectangle constructors and
fixed the constructor regressions.  I will be committing these
regressions.

I forgot to do a cvs diff before committing this file, so I just
attached the file below.  Sorry about that.
