Thanks. I have checked it in as:

       * gnu/testlet/java/util/Calendar/set.java: Explicitly set Calendar
       locale to Locale.FRANCE.

The two only failures I now get are:

echo gnu.testlet.java.util.Calendar.set | /usr/local/jamvm/bin/jamvm gnu.testlet.SimpleTestHarness
FAIL: gnu.testlet.java.util.Calendar.set: test setting conflicting values of different fields (number 4)
FAIL: gnu.testlet.java.util.Calendar.set: test setting conflicting values of different fields (number 5)
2 of 34 tests failed
