BigInteger/serialization test

Attached is a simple check for serialization of a BigInteger.  All
checks pass OK with a fairly recent CVS version of Classpath and JamVM
1.2.0.  One check fails with JDK 1.4, there is a report in the bug
parade (4823171) that covers it I think:
