AWT testing issues

Hi all,

Being in charge of the Kaffe AWT implementations, I'm thinking about to turn
over our huge set of quick&dirty AWT testlets into something useful for mauve.

Have there already been plans for how to tackle AWT testing issues? How do we
want to cope with this notorious "side-effect" lib? We certainly can do
something with respect to event flow tests, but there remain a lot of unsolved
issues (e.g. how to test disabled Components without manual input). Is
somebody already working on this?
