recvmmsg updates


It appears the recvmmsg support recently added to libc is substantially 
similar to the accept4 support and so needs similar ports fixes.  I've 
applied these patches.  See 
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-ports/2009-08/msg00001.html> for details of 
the MIPS issue, and 
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-ports/2009-10/msg00028.html> for the ARM 
EABI build attributes issue.
