recvmmsg updates

- Subject: recvmmsg updates
It appears the recvmmsg support recently added to libc is substantially
similar to the accept4 support and so needs similar ports fixes. I've
applied these patches. See
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-ports/2009-08/msg00001.html> for details of
the MIPS issue, and
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-ports/2009-10/msg00028.html> for the ARM
EABI build attributes issue.
