I renamed the migrated tags to cvs/* names.
I added signed tags for each of the old release tags.
I did not bother to back-date these tags.
I made a glibc-2.10.1 tag at the rev you suggested.
Further new conventions about the ports repo are up to the consensus of
ports maintainers (though I reserve the right to object). I don't think
we want to start specifying conventions for branches and tags in ports
until the libc-alpha discussion about conventions for the main repo settle.
