minimum kernel be set in order to build.
I have no objections to setting the arch_min_kernel to 2.6.9 for hppa.
IIRC this can be done within the ports directory using the nptl
configure fragment, I had a patch for this at one time. hppa-linux
does have a minimum kernel, but it is not high enough for building the
nptl addon.
