[Bug localedata/19485] csb_PL: update month translations

https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19485

--- Comment #9 from Michal Ostrowski <ostrowski.michal at gmail dot com> ---
Too bad you didn't start with the explanation earlier. Wiktionary, like most of
volunteer based work, isn't particulary a good source for such cases.

Back to the topic. There is a body called RadzÃzna KaszÃbsczÃgà JÃzÃka
(Kashubian Language Council? - I'm bad at translating names of official
organizations), basically they standarize Kashubian language. In one of their
earlies document they wrote their recommendation for names of months.

Link to their page:
http://www.rjk.org.pl/

Link to the document:
http://www.rjk.org.pl/dokumenty/uchwaly-rjk/uchwaly-2007.html
and a shortcut to pdf download in case you struggle with navigating there:
http://skarbnicakaszubska.pl/component/joomdoc/biuletyn/biuletyn_2007csb.pdf/download

In Kashubian version look for:
ÃchwÃlÃnk Nr 5/RKJ/2007 z dnia 26-06-2007 r. w sprawie mediowi sÅowiznÃ
tikajÄcy sà pÃzwÃw miesÄcy, dniÃw, czÄdÃw rokÃ, strÃn swiata à czasu.
And find there word for Polish "marzec" (this is Polish name of the month we
are trying to solve now). And they recommend using strÃmiannik. I hope this
official document helps you with making decission.
