Re: Locale proposal for German in Italy (South Tyrol)


I have performed some additional changes, so I duplicated the LC_TIME block:

 1. LC_TIME abday: we use two letter week day abbreviations, not three
    letter ones (like de_DE)
 2. LC_TIME d_fmt: the ISO 8601 date format is uncommon here, better use
    dd.MM.YYYY (like de_DE)
