I don't think that "ka" is the right language tag from ISO 639 for Karbi. "ka"
is reserved for Georgian.
According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karbi_language it should be "mjw".
Can you confirm that mjw_IN would be the correct name for this and update the
locale file for this?
Also, you just copy the values from hi_IN. Are the names of weekdays, months,
"yes" and "no" etc. really the same?
