Open Source Linux Locale Data in XML
In this paper, in Conclusion, is very wise sentence:
"Locale data is not different among platforms or vendors because
it depends only on the language and the country"
So independently of other problems CLD Repository version 1.5 are
very fresh (2007-07-31) and Polish abmon is represented by three
letters abbreviation as it is in ISO/IEC TR 14652
