------- Additional Comments From r_runner at poczta dot onet dot pl 2007-07-22 06:36 -------
To summarize:
1. Abday:
pn. pon.
wt.
¶r.
czw.
pt.
sob.
ndz.
Correct with general Polish ortographical rules. Rules for all purposes. Dots
are important especially when abbr. is in the middle of the sentence or with no
time context. Variable lenght, no accordance to standards.
pon.
wtr.
¶rd.
czw.
ptk.
sob.
ndz.
Correct with general Polish ortographical rules. Rules for all purposes. Dots
are important especially when abbr. is in the middle of the sentence or with no
time context. Constant lenght, accordance to ISO/IEC TR 14652. New abbr. "wtr.",
"¶rd.", "ptk." not really used in Poland
pon
wto
¶ro
czw
pi±
sob
nie
Correct with Polish ortographical rules for abbr. used in computer systems. Dots
aren't necessary with that rules or in the time context. Constant lenght,
accordance to standards. Used in Poland on variety arenas.
2. Abmon
22 VII 2007 - correct, but archaic
22.07.2007 - correct, but violates standards, unusable %b (%b=%m)
22 lip 2007 - correct in computer systems, accordance with standards
So my proposition is:
pon, 16 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
wto, 17 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
¶ro, 18 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
czw, 19 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
pi±, 20 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
sob, 21 lip 2007 17:00:10 CEST
