Everything with small letters.

This is an example from  bug 3156 [calendar of PWN (Polish Scientific
Publishers) publisher of the largest and most authoritative Polish-language
encyclopedias and dictionaries].

yes, this same scientific publisher as above but abday different and wihtout dots.

Do you feel now why I am fighting for standard? For 3-letter and constant lenght
as it was few years in GLibC localedata? 
I think that past few years was the best practice for ISO/IEC TR 14652 in polish
locales.
