Gah, forget this question.  I just discovered that you provided an
answer on the libc-alpha mailing list 2004-01-24.

There you provided 

>   123.45        123,45 Kn        HRK 123,45
>   -123.45       -123,45 Kn       HRK -123,45
>   123456.78     123 456,78 Kn    HRK 123 456,78
>   -123456.78    -123 456,78 Kn   HRK -123 456,78

as the correct formatting.

This is still the case.  The bug should be reported into
<URL:http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/>, to make sure it isn't
forgotten.  And it is better if a native-speaker report the problem.
