Re: chroot kernel too old error with glibc 2.24


I will advise against it, the minimum kernel support is set along with
some assumptions (mainly on kernel-features.h) that the underlying kernel
supports a set syscalls and thus glibc does not need to use or provide
fallbacks.

If you need to run on an older kernel best course of action it to use
an older glibc version.
