build failure with the --32 switch.

at last, I've successfully compiled a minimal gcc cross compiler for
arm. now, I need to build glibc with the new just created cross
compiler. however, an error have been raised when trying to do so...

it seems that the '--32' switch cause it to fail.
However, I don't know why glibc trying to be compiled with the --32 switch...
