Hmm, it lives in http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=411 and
the thread subject is "CPP predefine conflict with getpc thunks".

Unfortunately, it seems to be blocked at Ulrich, so who knows when will
this get resolved in mainline codebase. :-(
