Hi,

Thanks Mike.

Now I wish to skip the tests under 'intl'. Also I wish to build the tests
statically for the executable can be run the target board.

I checked the makefiles and configuration scripts regarding the same. But
I couldn't find a way for it as I am new on these.

Could you provide some directions/references for doing the same.
