strftime and %EB specifier

Subject: strftime and %EB specifier

I would like to know which keyword from locale file is used by strftime function to substitute %EB (alternative month name) parameter. Does the libc need to be compiled specifically to support %EB, or this feature is available in all editions? Is this format specification even standard, or it needs to be implemented specifically?
