Open Source and Free Software function with the help of volunteers,
please feel free to update the Bull NPTL project so it builds with a
recent glibc. The patches could be posted on the glibc wiki.

If you are looking for a commercial solution, please see companies
like WindRiver or MontaVista.

Alternatively you could try LTT, http://www.opersys.com/LTT/.
