[PATCH] tst-mqueue7 (test for implicit mq_close in exec*)


Hi!

	* rt/Makefile (tests): Add tst-mqueue7.
	(tst-mqueue7-ARGS): Set.
	* rt/tst-mqueue7.c: New test.
