Does this mean I should not touch libresolv at all, or can I safely do
everything but the crypto part? There is a clearly defined boundary
between the "DST" cryptography library and the rest of the resolver.
There are only a few functions which call into DST, and they can be
diked out with minimal mods to the rest of the code.
