Do you have a proposal how to implement this? The problem is that
there is no __size_t type.
The only thing I can come up with is
#ifndef __size_t
# ifdef __GNUC__
typedef __SIZE_TYPE__ __size_t;
# else
typedef unsigned long int __size_t;
# endif
#else
# undef __size_t
# define __size_t size_t
#endif
The problem is that stddef.h define __size_t to empty when it defines
size_t.
