Yes, it says that, on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiji_Hindi it lists
Devanagari script first and on https://hif.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiji_Hindi
it lists Latin script first. And the articles on
https://hif.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiji_Hindi seem to be all in Latin
script, so could it be that Latin script is more commonly used for Fiji
Hindi?

Maybe we need two locales hif_FJ and hif_FJ@devanagari ?
